We decided to stick with BBPress for our forum. People will optionally get email notifications if they want but will need to log into Wordpress to post.

• John will look into SSO options for Wordpress and Dokuwiki
• Devon will do rough draft of poster and post card
• Devon will “do stuff” on the website (start a draft landing page)
• John will set up pic and name on front page then each member edits their own page
• Bill will continue work on a list of local makerspaces
