• John couldn't figure out how to get AWS API to work with the MTA on our Digital Ocean Droplet (server). Perhaps Craig could give it a shot? Otherwise we will use Mailchimp.
• present group unanimously decided to use GoogleGroups for our internal emails

these decisions are just for “right now” and could be changed in the future

• John will also look into setting up a forum as a possible solution for internal communication

• take the mission statements and turn into a short paragraph
• member list
  • John will set up pic and name on front page then each member edits their own page

• John will “seriously consider” presenting at one million cups before Oct 25.

• Devon will do rough draft of poster and post card
• Bill will continue work on the zine
• Devon will “do stuff” on the website (start a draft landing page)
